Find your USAV Age Definition to sign up for the correct age group/team tryout.
THIS IS TBD until the region opens the option to purchase! Programs sanctioned under PSR & USAV, are required to have athletes/attendees purchase the appropriate tryout membership for insurance and liability purposes when attending an event. In this case, athletes will need to provide proof of purchasing a 25-26 Tryout Membership. The cost of a tryout membership is applied to the cost of a later required full membership.
Parent/Guardian/Adult - create a household account on SportsEngine and then add your athlete to your account in order to register for tryouts. Athletes should not be making their own SportsEngine accounts as that will create complications with the Puget Sound Region in the future.
Everyone is required to submit the TWO Medical Forms provided on the Apex NW registration to Apex IN PERSON, you will need to bring them to tryouts. No electronic copies. The forms have not been updated yet for USA Volleyball. We will send them to participants once they have!

The Letter of Commitment is used to invite an athlete into a program and recognized by the Puget Sound Region as a binding commitment between athlete/family and a volleyball club. These letters exist to protect the athlete of the spot they have been offered on a team and protect the club from athletes/teams from not responding to offers.
