We are offering NINE 4-day/3 hours per day summer training sessions during the last week of July and first three weeks of August. This is an excellent opportunity for high school athletes to add an additional week of preparation before tryouts and their fall school season, while also a fun opportunity for our middle school athletes to continue playing, learning, and growing! High school sessions will be coached by Directors Holly or Caitlin and two assistant coaches and our 6th and under and boys sessions will be coached by Director Clayton and two assistant coaches. Our coach to athlete ratio will not be greater than 1:8.
Space is limited as we only have 24 spots available in each of our nine sessions - check out our flyer to learn more about the times, date, location, and information about Summer Sessions this year. Athletes of all genders are welcome to join our training sessions. You are welcome to forward this information to any friends and family. We can't wait to get back in the gym!
