Apex NW Private Skills Training

After years of our community requesting personal training options, we are excited to finally announce our Private Skills Training Program! We are looking forward to providing extra opportunities for athletes looking to grow their skills on the court!

PRIVATE SKILLS TRAINING OPTIONS

Private Skills Training 1 Athlete to 1 Coach

This training option will be one athlete and one coach working on individualized skills. Athletes will be able to share their goals for the session and receive specialized instruction.

Cost: $70/session
Session Duration: 50 mins
Location: Shuksan Middle School

Semi-Private Skills Training (2-4 athletes) to 1 Coach

Athletes are responsible for forming groups with these sessions. Athletes will be able to share their goals for the session and receive specialized instruction.

Cost: $45/per athlete
Session Duration: 50 mins
Location: Shuksan Middle School

Steps to Book a Private Skills Training

To book an Apex NW Private Skills Training, please follow these steps:

Book a time slot with the coach
Use the registration link below to input details and pay for your training
Print and bring required medical release documents to the training
Come to the training session with athletic shoes and a water bottle ready to work!

Book with Coach Michaela Hall!

This is Michaela’s fourth season with APEX NW. Growing up, she loved sports, but volleyball was her favorite and she decided to turn her hobby into a career and pursue sports collegiately. She was recruited to play volleyball at Western Washington University in 2014. In her time at Western, she helped the Vikings make four consecutive appearances in the Regional Finals, one Final Four appearance, and one Runner Up National Champions appearance. Academically, she graduated with a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Psychology. After graduation, she was hired by Whatcom Community College as a first assistant where she remained for two successful seasons. She then spent two seasons as an assistant coach for WWU Volleyball and is approaching her second season as the Head Volleyball Coach for Ferndale High School and excited for the year ahead. Go Eags!

Michaela is CPR/First Aid, Safesport, IMPACT and Background Certified through USA Volleyball.

*All coaches who work with Apex Athletes are required to have these certifications*

MICHAELA IS UNABLE TO WORK WITH FERNDALE HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES DUE TO WIAA RULES.
