McKenzie is going into her tenth year of coaching with our club. She is currently a substitute teacher.  During the high school volleyball season, she spends her time coaching the JV team at Lakewood high school. In her free time, she goes to the University of Washington football games with her husband. McKenzie enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and picnics! She also loves spending time with her family and friends.

McKenzie has played volleyball since she was in the 4th grade. During her time in high school, she played Varsity for three years as a setter. She then continued her volleyball career at Whatcom Community College for two years as a libero. She believes in strong team chemistry and having a good team connection on and off the court.

These kids learn to not only play volleyball but how to be great teammates on and off the court. Apex is definitely the place to be and I will forever have my triangles up!”
