This will be Sophia’s third season with us at Apex. Since 2022, she has coached everyone from U13 girls, to U16 boys, to high school varsity players, and cannot wait to take on the role of Head Coach for our U12 Summit team!

She graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology, specializing in Sport Psychology. Sophia brings both over a decade of experience as a player and 4 years as a coach. She is overjoyed to continue sharing her knowledge, passion, and love for the game with the next generation of athletes!
