Aria Ludtke

U14 Vertex Head Coach

This is Aria’s second year coaching at Apex NW. She is a senior at Western Washington University, currently studying Recreation Management and Leadership, and Sports Psychology.

She’s been coaching a wide variety of sports for over five years but volleyball has continued to be where her passion lies. Aria has been a volleyball referee for Bellingham Parks and Recreation adult leagues for the past four years and loves interacting with the broader volleyball community. Over the years she has also been actively participating in WWU’s intramural volleyball, which she now works for to help expand and widen the participation of sports at Western. Aria loves to play and continue to sharpen her skills to help teach her players. Her favorite memory of volleyball was competing with all her best friends at the state tournament, her senior year of high school. Aria believes that club sports are an awesome opportunity and experience for young athletes. It allows them to devote hard work, gain experience, learn and practice skills, and have volleyball fun!

“I’m so excited to get started fostering a fun learning environment that will allow my players to push themselves to improve while also gaining more knowledge of the game. I can’t wait to meet everyone and help them reach their volleyball goals!”
